人工智能技术在中医儿科“治未病”健康管理的应用中面临许多机遇和挑战。本文综合政策资料和医院实地调研,运用PEST⁃SWOT模型从政治、经济、社会和技术等外部环境因素出发,同时结合医院自身的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,分析目前人工智能技术在中医儿科“治未病”健康管理发展的驱动因素,提出加强中医儿科标准化和规范化建设、研发适合儿童特点的人工智能算法和模型、加强儿童健康数据安全保护、加强人工智能技术在基层医疗机构的推广应用等建议。

The application of artificial intelligence technology in the “preventive treatment” health management of Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine Pediatrics presents both significant opportunities and challenges. This paper synthesizes policy documents and field investigations from hospitals, employing the PEST⁃SWOT model from external environmental factors (political, economic, social, and technological) as well as internal hospital factors (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats), to analyze driving factors for development of current artificial intelligence technology in “preventive treatment” health management of Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine Pediatrics, proposing several recommendations as follows: strengthening the standardization and normalization construction of Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine Pediatrics, developing artificial intelligence algorithms and models tailored to children's characteristics, enhancing the security protection of children's health data, and promoting the application of artificial intelligence technology in primary healthcare institutions.
