蜱是节肢动物门中一类专性吸血寄生虫,广泛分布于世界各地,是众多疫病的传播媒介,严重威胁公共卫生安全及养殖安全。本文主要总结人工智能技术在蜱种类识别、基于生态学的蜱与宿主关系研究、蜱媒疾病诊断及预测等方面中应用的研究进展,并探讨人工智能技术在蜱及其携带病原体与宿主免疫系统互相作用研究领域中的潜在应用价值,旨在通过揭示蜱⁃病原体⁃宿主三者之间的关系,为蜱媒疾病的预防、诊断和治疗提供更科学、有效的技术支持。

Ticks are obligate blood⁃feeding parasites in the Arthropod phylum, which are widely distributed around the world and are the vectors of many diseases, posing a serious threat to public health and breeding safety. In this paper, the research progresses on application of artificial intelligence technology to tick species recognition, ticks⁃hosts relation based on ecology, diagnosis and prediction of tick⁃borne diseases are summarized, and the potential application value of artificial intelligence technology in the study of the interaction effect between ticks and tick⁃borne pathogens and host immune system is explored, aiming at providing more scientific and effective technical support for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of tick⁃borne diseases through revealing the relation between ticks⁃pathogens⁃hosts.
