医院药学是以医院为主要场景,以患者为中心,以药品为基础,结合药学专业知识与临床实践,旨在保障患者合理用药、提升药物治疗效果、降低用药风险的综合性学科。大型语言模型(LLM)是基于大量训练数据的高级人工智能算法。LLM与医院药学服务的深度融合可最大限度地提升药学服务的质量和效率,促进药学学科快速发展。本文总结LLM在药品供应保障、药学服务、药事管理、药学研究与药学教育等医院药学服务领域中的应用,分析LLM在医院药学领域面临的风险和挑战,提出LLM在医院药学领域的发展建议,以期为患者提供个性化、多元化、精准化和高品质的智慧药学服务。

Hospital pharmacy is a comprehensive discipline that primarily operates in the hospital setting, centered on patients and grounded in pharmaceuticals. It integrates professional pharmaceutical knowledge with clinical practice to ensure rational medication use, enhance therapeutic effect of drugs, and reduce medication risks. Large language model (LLM) is advanced artificial intelligence algorithms trained on extensive datasets. The deep integration of LLM with hospital pharmaceutical care can maximize the quality and efficiency of pharmaceutical care, accelerating the rapid development of the pharmacy discipline. This paper summarizes the applications of LLM in various areas of hospital pharmacy services, including drug supply assurance, pharmaceutical care, pharmacy administration, pharmaceutical research, and pharmacy education. It also analyzes the risks and challenges faced by LLM in the field of hospital pharmacy and proposes development recommendations in the field of hospital pharmacy, with the aim of providing patients with personalized, diversified, precise, and high-quality intelligent pharmaceutical care.
