The core competencies of specialized nurses in Traditional Chinese Medicine are of great significance for improving the quality of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing services and promoting the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing as a discipline. This paper reviews the scope of practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine specialized nurses, as well as the components, evaluation systems, and influencing factors of their core competencies, aiming at providing new insights for the training and management of Traditional Chinese Medicine specialized nurses' core competencies.
