睾丸是男性生殖系统的核心器官,血睾屏障、局部免疫抑制微环境及各种免疫细胞共同构成睾丸的免疫微环境。睾丸独特的免疫微环境通过多种细胞分子机制维持睾丸免疫稳态,这对于保障睾丸内分泌和生精功能的正常运行至关重要。然而,在衰老过程中,睾丸免疫稳态会发生显著变化,主要表现为慢性低度炎症状态、免疫细胞亚群构成和功能改变等。睾丸免疫稳态失衡也会进一步加剧睾丸衰老。本文介绍睾丸免疫稳态的维持机制,分析衰老过程中的睾丸免疫稳态变化及对男性生殖功能的影响,并进一步探讨干细胞治疗在恢复睾丸免疫稳态中的应用前景。

The testis is a core organ of the male reproductive system. The blood‑testis barrier, the local immunosuppressive microenvironment, and various immune cells collectively constitute the testicular immune microenvironment. The unique immune microenvironment of the testis maintains testicular immune homeostasis through multiple cellular and molecular mechanisms, which is crucial for ensuring the normal operation of endocrine and spermatogenic functions of the testis. However, during the aging process, significant changes occur in testicular immune homeostasis, primarily manifested as a chronic low‑grade inflammatory state and alterations in the composition and function of immune cell subsets. The imbalance of testicular immune homeostasis can further exacerbate testicular aging. This paper introduces the mechanisms maintaining testicular immune homeostasis, analyzes the changes in testicular immune homeostasis during aging and their impact on male reproductive function, and further explores the application prospects of stem cell therapy in restoring testicular immune homeostasis.
