化道肿瘤的早期诊断和治疗对提高患者生存率具有重要意义,但传统诊断方法存在准确性不足和漏诊率高的问题,治疗方面则面临手术难度大、学习曲线长及病理评估耗时等挑战。近年来,人工智能技术在消化道肿瘤早期诊断与治疗中的应用研究不断深入,其在提高诊断准确性和治疗效率方面展现出巨大的潜力。本文重点介绍人工智能在消化道肿瘤早期诊断、内镜下黏膜剥离术治疗及术后病理分析中的应用研究进展,探讨人工智能在提高诊断准确率、减少漏诊、优化治疗方案中的作用,并分析存在的问题和未来的发展方向。

Early diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal tumors are of great significance for improving patients' survival rate. However, traditional diagnostic method has problems such as insufficient accuracy and high missed diagnosis rates, while in terms of treatment, it faces challenges such as high surgical difficulty, a long learning curve, and time⁃consuming pathological evaluations. In recent years, application research on artificial intelligence technology in the early diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal tumors has been continuously deepened, showing great potential in improving diagnostic accuracy and treatment efficiency. This paper mainly introduces the application research progress of artificial intelligence in the early diagnosis of gastrointestinal tumors, endoscopic submucosal dissection, and postoperative pathological analysis, exploring the important role of artificial intelligence in improving diagnostic accuracy, reducing missed diagnoses, and optimizing therapeutic regimen, and analyzes the existing problems and future development directions.
