脂肪干细胞来源外泌体(ADSC⁃Exos)作为无细胞治疗介质,通过递送miRNA、环状RNA等功能分子,参与调控血管新生、炎症反应、自噬、细胞凋亡与分化等关键生物学过程。ADSC⁃Exos通过促进组织结构和功能修复,在皮肤损伤、肺损伤、肝缺血-再灌注损伤、女性生殖系统疾病等多个疾病领域中发挥治疗作用,而ADSC⁃Exos在肿瘤干预领域中则呈现工程化抑瘤与天然促瘤的双向作用。本文系统综述ADSC⁃Exos在组织修复与疾病治疗中的作用机制及应用前景。

As a cell⁃free therapeutic medium, adipose⁃derived stem cell derived exosomes (ADSC⁃Exos) are involved in the regulation of key biological processes such as angiogenesis, inflammatory response, autophagy, cell apoptosis and differentiation by delivering functional molecules such as miRNA and circular RNA. ADSC⁃Exos play a therapeutic role in many disease fields such as skin injury, pulmonary injury, liver ischemia⁃reperfusion injury, and female reproductive system diseases by promoting the repair of tissue structure and function. However, ADSC⁃Exos interpret bidirectional effects of engineered tumor suppression and natural tumor promotion in tumor intervention. This paper systematically reviews the mechanism and application prospect of ADSC⁃Exos in tissue repair and disease treatment.
