脂肪干细胞(ADSCs)凭借其来源丰富、多向分化潜能和强大旁分泌功能,已成为骨骼肌肉系统再生医学领域的研究热点。ADSCs及其衍生物通过干细胞直接作用、旁分泌作用,以及联合生物材料、其他生物制剂或治疗策略等多种方式,为骨骼肌肉系统疾病的治疗提供了多样化、极具前景的策略。本文系统梳理了ADSCs及其衍生物在骨关节炎、成软骨分化及软骨修复、全身性骨丢失、骨缺损修复及脊柱融合、肌腱-韧带修复/重建等领域的应用与研究进展,以期为后续的临床应用与产品开发提供理论依据。

Adipose⁃derived stem cells (ADSCs) have become a research hotspot in the field of musculoskeletal system regenerative medicine due to their abundant sources, multi⁃directional differentiation potential and strong paracrine function. ADSCs and their derivatives provide diverse and promising strategies for the treatment of musculoskeletal system diseases through a variety of ways, such as direct effects of stem cells, paracrine effects, and combined biomaterials, other biological agents or therapeutic strategies. This paper systematically reviews the application and research progress on ADSCs and their derivatives in the fields of osteoarthritis, chondrogenic differentiation and cartilage repair, systemic bone loss, bone defect repair and spinal fusion, tendon⁃ligament repair/reconstruction, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for subsequent clinical application and product development.
