免疫抑制治疗是器官移植后管理的核心环节,但如何防治免疫排斥反应仍是困扰临床医生的重大难题。骨髓间充质干细胞(BMMSCs)具有多向分化潜能,能够分化成多种细胞类型,为组织修复与再生创造可能,同时其具有免疫调节能力,因此成为器官移植后免疫耐受领域的研究热点。本文主要针对BMMSCs对器官移植后免疫耐受的诱导作用、可能机制及临床应用前沿的最新进展进行总结,旨在为器官移植后免疫排斥反应的防治提供新的思路。

Immunosuppressive therapy is the core link of management after organ transplantation, but how to prevent and treat immune rejection is still a major problem for clinicians. Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMMSCs) have multi⁃directional differentiation potential and can differentiate into a variety of cell types, creating the possibility for tissue repair and regeneration. At the same time, they have immunomodulatory ability, so they have become a research hotspot in the field of immune tolerance after organ transplantation. This review focuses on the induction effects of immune tolerance by BMMSCs after organ transplantation, the possible mechanism and the latest progress on clinical frontier application, aiming to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of immune rejection after organ transplantation.
